Bishop Andrew Stone – National Overseer of The Turks and Caicos Islands

The Church of God of Prophecy in the Turks and Caicos Islands operates under the oversight of National Overseer, Bishop Andrew Stone. The church is strong and growing with 15 local assemblies and 800 members.

Andrew Stone is Jamaican by birth, but from the age of 5 he lived in England with his family who had relocated from Jamaica. Andrew is the last of 7 children born to Bishop Ezra Stone (retired) and Rev. Lucille Stone (deceased).

Andrew was raised in a Christian home and gave his heart to the Lord at about the age of 8-years old, and was subsequently baptized then joined the church.

In 1991, Andrew moved from the United Kingdom to the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands where he married the equally beautiful Glenda (Williams). They have 3 adult children, Andre, Glenetra and Glennae.

Andrew worked as a high school and college teacher, then worked for several years in the hospitality industry as Director of Information Technology, before becoming full-time in the ministry of the Kingdom of God in 2018.

Andrew earned an honours degree in Engineering from Oxford Brookes University in 1987 and worked in technology for more than 30 years. He is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Counselling with the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.

Bishop Stone serves as the Senior Pastor of the Blue Hills Church of God of Prophecy – a position he has held for the past 19 years. More recently, in April of 2020, he was appointed as National Overseer of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Bishop Stone loves music and enjoys playing the bass guitar. He also loves to travel, especially to places in relation to the bible. However, his main passion is investing in the lives of God’s people, counselling and preaching the Word of God.
